Preface
W e live in a fast world, where time runs fast. There are deadlines to meet, appointments to honor, and meetings to attend. We order for fast foods, hop onto fast riding boda-bodas and taxis as well. While in movement or travel to our places of work or homes, there is too much traffic jam, and overcrowding in most city malls, classrooms, hospitals and other public places, yet there is demand for social distancing! According to (Kuntz, 2020), COVID-19 is an acute stressor that can induce trauma and destabilize individuals. Additionally, there are multi-purpose tasks to fulfill, for example a mother, wife, office worker and student has to blend all those tasks to be fully functioning. Another example is a corporate director, husband, father and leader who chairs meetings endlessly, and is subject to bosses! Additionally, there is the innocent little one, who has to be woken up very early to meet the babysitter in the day care centre hence stranger anxiety sets in! Furthermore...
